  • 3 Pets Per Home Max
  • $300 Fee (1st pet); $100 Fee for Each Additional Pet
  • $25 Pet Rent Per Pet monthly
  • Large Pets Over 50 lbs are Required to be in a First-Floor Home
  • No Aggressive Breeds
  • Restricted breeds:
    • Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers
    • Doberman Pinschers
    • Chow Chows
    • Rottweilers
    • Presa Canarios
    • German Shepherds
